		<description>Definitely going to try and fit more activity into my daily schedule, i.e. doing 20 minutes of yoga after class every day or going to the gym (YIKES) and cut soda out of my diet again. 

I succeeded in doing that during musical season (because soda produces flem which = gross singing,) but as soon as that is over, I find myself getting exhausted and wanting some caffeine to pick me up for the rest of the day. Thus the black cycle begins again. You should do a blog on healthy ways to get energy (besides resorting to caffeine pills/coffee/soda.)
